Return Policy

At Kona Outpost Coffee, we strive to provide you with the finest quality coffee beans and accessories. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we've outlined our return policy below:

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Perishable items such as coffee beans must be returned within 14 days of purchase to qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Perishable items that have been opened or used

How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customer-service@konaoutpostcoffee.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with further instructions on returning your item.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund your order minus a 10% restocking fee and any shipping fees.
